Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until smooth and slightly aerated.
Stop once the texture looks light, creamy, and spreadable.
Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate until needed.
